This is a good opportunity to join a London developer who works on multi-phase residential projects across London, with your project in South London made up of 900 units of private and affordable homes and landscaping. The project will run for approximately 6 years and is currently in the early stages.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

You will be working on the project from early procurement stages, closely with the commercial manager to ensure commercial success through cost planning and financial control from procurement. You will be a team player who is highly organized and career-minded, enjoying working in a process-driven and team environment.
