Job Description

We’re recruiting for someone to lead our relationship and engagement activities with our specialist clinical providers of vocational rehabilitation pathways supporting L&G Group Protection and IPB.

The role is homebased; however, you will be expected to travel occasionally. The role is Monday - Friday and you can earn a base salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the relationships of clinical providers at an operational level, developing and building effective relationships, both pre and post engagement in order to maximise the outcomes of our claims management processes and promote understanding of our claims and clinical philosophy.
  • Driving awareness and understanding of clinical provider services within L&G and its protection customers.
  • Continually assess and monitor performance of clinical providers against the agreed expectations.
  • Collaborating with Distribution & Marketing in the development of opportunities to deliver our corporate protection proposition.
  • Assisting our Clinical Team members to design the best care pathway for our customers.
  • Training, mentoring and developing colleagues with our clinical providers.
  • Producing management information to demonstrate the quality of customer outcomes and manage our risks.

Qualifications

  • You’re analytical and curious with experience of working within regulatory frameworks and governance.
  • You have experience in all facets of B2B relationship management, including onboarding, operational management, invoicing, complaints and reporting.
  • You enjoy finding new opportunities to improve our proposition and bringing these to life.
  • You can demonstrate knowledge of our protection products and the market within which we operate.
