IT Service Desk Analysts are wanted by an established FinTech software company, who are undertaking a large digital transformation into AI and Automation.
The IT Service Desk Analyst is a front-line role, perfectly poised at the intersection of traditional service desk operations. Ideally you'll come from a background of using Azure AD, Intune and any Powershell knowledge would be a nice bonus.
Beyond just problem-solving, this role offers the chosen candidates an opportunity for personal and professional growth. This IT Service Desk Analyst opportunity will pay an annual salary up to £40,000, a 15% Annual Bonus, 9% Company Pension, Private Health and Dental Care and lots more! The role is hybrid based with 3 days a week in the office.
