We are expanding our dynamic IT team and looking for a Master Data Support Specialist to join us. Our mission in master data is clear: we aim to provide accurate, complete, and fit‑for‑purpose data. By following robust strategies and standards, we enable effective business processes across the entire Intersnack Group.

• Maintain and update supplier master data according to defined guidelines.
• Execute mass data uploads, ensuring compliance with process and approval protocols.
• Work with the Group Master Data Manager and local users to improve master data processes.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and help local markets resolve issues.
• Support onboarding and training for new users in local markets.
• Train and support end‑users on data entry, maintenance, and governance best practices.

• Proficiency in working with master data, supplier master data is a plus.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or other business platforms (CRM, cloud systems, etc.).
• Experience supporting or implementing global systems in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi‑cultural / geographically diverse environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations.
• A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus.
