About the Role:

As a Data Analyst - Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of our client's ad tech solutions for clients across EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions. This position requires a strong understanding of advertising technology, exceptional data analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize accurate, scalable taxonomies for Always-On offerings across markets, focusing on performance and reach.
2. Serve as the primary technical support contact for clients, including media agencies, trading desks, publishers, and advertisers. Build strong client relationships and provide training on the platform.
3. Collaborate with partners to maintain and enhance taxonomies. Optimize internal SaaS platforms and advise on external platforms like DSPs and SSPs.
4. Act as a liaison between Data and Marketing teams to promote best-in-class segments and support seasonal and Always-On targets.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments, ensuring CPM competitiveness and proposing new strategies.
6. Maintain technical stability, troubleshoot issues, and develop custom solutions for partners.
7. Ensure data discoverability, understand data interactions with partner algorithms, and recommend tailored solutions for campaign optimization.
8. Collaborate on reporting and analysis to drive global optimization and platform enhancements.

Preferred Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management or Data Analysis, preferably in consulting and managing complex software solutions.
3. Strong technical background with expertise in ad-serving platforms, programmatic advertising, DMPs, and related technologies.
4. Experience or strong interest in the online marketing industry.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Team player with a hands-on mentality and a drive to learn.
7. Sales and relationship-building skills.
8. Affinity for complex technical processes and tools.
9. Experience in data-driven marketing or programmatic advertising is a plus.
10. Fluency in written and spoken English.
