• Study and interpret blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, tools, and setup requirements.
• Adjust machine settings for precision machining, ensuring quality surface finishes and tolerances.
• Perform regular inspection of workpieces for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to ensure seamless production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while ensuring optimal machine performance.

• High School Diploma or GED (Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience operating manual machines (lathes, milling machines, etc.).
• Solid understanding of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.).
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery.
