IT Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead ITIL-based service support operations, managing a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee and maintain manufacturing OT & IT core systems, including laboratory GxP systems, Azure Cloud IaaS, disaster recovery, virtualization (VMware), and cybersecurity.
• Manage virtualized servers (vSphere, Cisco UCS, HPE hardware) and network infrastructure (firewalls, WAN, Wi-Fi, Palo Alto).
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, and industry regulations.
• Manage disaster recovery solutions, cybersecurity, and vulnerability patching.
• Support manufacturing execution systems, SCADA, PLCs, and laboratory systems.
• Lead IT migration projects and enforce change management best practices.
• Provide Level 3-4 IT support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

IT Infrastructure Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience in GMP environments is mandatory.
• IT certifications: Microsoft Azure, VMware required;
• ITIL, PMP, Palo Alto, or Cisco preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP, GAMP5, and other compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
