- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing safety procedures.
- Train new lift operators for interactive customer experiences.
- Coordinate daily operational needs and cover lift operations.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues.
- Act as manager on duty, performing safety checks.
