ABOUT POWER4STL
Power4STL is a community of health working to reduce the impact of trauma in the St. Louis region. This includes three core programs: The T, for people at risk for overdose, the BRIC, for people who have experienced bullet injury; and community engagement, focusing on education and therapeutic efforts to reduce the impact of trauma. Through these programs, Power4STL provides public health education, community engagement, self-care resources, harm reduction, support, and direct clinical care for acute and chronic trauma.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records to support the organization’s mission-driven work. This role ensures the integrity of financial data through meticulous recordkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and donor management. The Bookkeeper works closely with the Executive Director and Grants Manager to support budgeting, grant tracking, donor data and acknowledgements, and audit preparation. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, discretion, and a strong commitment to values of equity, healing, and community empowerment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position requires standing, sitting, typing, use of several computer programs, as well as the ability to maintain a trauma-informed environment.
