Step into the role of Head of Strategic Execution and become the catalyst for our organization's success. Responsibilities :
- Drive decision making that realizes strategic objectives and creates meaningful sustainable impact, ensuring leadership alignment and execution of decisions.
- Overall management of CEO’s business matters - anticipating, actioning and triaging any CEO actions / deliverables that require attention, working with respective parties, including meeting actions, prioritization, preparedness and briefings.
- Work with senior leaders to create alignment for the organization’s strategic business imperatives and establish realistic, agreed-to plans.
- Stay current with strategic plans and ensure effective communication of these plans with all key stakeholders including the CEO, leadership team, and the board, and recommend strategic plan / changes as required.
- Lead the coordination of ongoing Board and shareholder communications, and the development of detailed Board materials and presentations in partnership with the leadership team, Corporate Secretary and Corporate Communications.
- Establish and execute the Annual Strategic Planning Cycle. Review key strategic priorities and translate them into a comprehensive execution plan with regular cadence of progress reporting.
- Lead quarterly metrics reporting in partnership with Finance to support the Strategic Plan and ensure that the organization is achieving the benefit realization for the business imperatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or finance.
- 10 years’ experience in strategic formulation and execution, business management, and transformational change.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences.
- Highly proactive and collaborative individual who can build relationships and influence multiple internal and external partners to drive results across all levels.
- Ability to balance extremely high attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work.
- Willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.
