A leading voice solutions company in Toronto is seeking a Field & Customer Marketing Coordinator. This role supports the planning and execution of impactful events and marketing programs. You'll manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, assist in promotional campaigns, and contribute to customer marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in marketing or events, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. The Field & Customer Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of high-impact events and marketing programs that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline generation.

Your job is making sure the execution details don't break that trust—because a late invoice, missing swag, or disorganized timeline signals we don't actually value these relationships.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Field Marketing and Events, this role is a great entry point for someone eager to build hands-on experience across virtual and in-person events, cross-functional collaboration, and customer marketing. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, coordinating everything from logistics and content to follow-up campaigns — all while contributing to meaningful moments for our prospects and customers.

We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
