Salary: $45,510 - $59,000
Location: Cutler, ON or Sault Ste. Marie, ON (Hybrid)

The opportunity: Maamwesying is inviting applications for a highly skilled Project Helper/Oshkaabewis to provide cultural, facilitation and administrative support to the Coordinator (or Lead Consultant) in the area of cultural competency and safety (Maamwesying Ontario Health Team – MOHT). The Project Helper/Oshkaabewis will be reporting under the general direction of the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team Cultural Competency and Safety (MOHTCCS) Program Consultant.

What to expect? Given the traditional practices of Indigenous people, from time to time exposure to smoke from the burning of sacred medicines such as tobacco, sweet grass, sage, or cedar may occur.
