ADGA is currently looking for a Supply Manager to start working in May on a National Defence program that we have supported for many years! If you are looking for a long term opportunity, and have DRMIS experience/Supply management background, this job might be for you!
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for DRMIS (Defence Resource Management Information System) supply manager codes as assigned by the supply team leader as required.
- Disposal project IB items and ensure the disposal plan is in DRMIS for the item under review as well as ensure they are actioned by end user or depots.
- Identification project Master Data Governance (MDG) and must ensure the NSN and MPN: NCAGE are linked in DRMIS and under the proper ERN, SM Code and TA’s code.
- Supply management transactions in DRMIS, as required.
- Support equipment acquisition and in-service sustainment activities in accordance with departmental policies and ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) plans, as directed.
- Draft, manage and process supply-related documentation in support of inventory activities, including CAF Supply System forms.
- Coordinate equipment loan activities with internal and external entities, and complete related supply documentation. Conduct follow up activities, as required.
- Assist in the cataloguing and supply system Admin of new and existing material.
- Provide information/assistance by bringing on charge commercially purchased items bought in support of loan accounts through DQA.
- Assist in the management of supply locations.
- Assist in the monitoring, reporting and transaction processing of material expenditure, as required.
- Provide information/assistance with cataloguing materials in conjunction with LCMM (Life Cycle Material Management) as required for assigned items; and
- Assist LCMM, with any requirement in relation to items stocked at depots.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have prior DND Supply Management/Supply Technician experience.
- Must have at least 3 years experience DRMIS for Supply transactions. (Defence Resource Management Information System).
- Must have at least 3 years experience (in the last 6 years) performing at least six of the following tasks:
- Demonstrated experience as a Supply Manager for a large program (over $1M per year) or large project (value above $10M).
- Demonstrated experience processing supply transactions in a supply information management system.
- Stakeholder engagement – collaborating with internal clients and external organizations to coordinate supply related activities according to established processes.
- Managing and auditing supply accounts.
- Cataloguing of material, ensuring material is entered and described in supply databases according to established processes.
- Monitoring, reporting and transaction processing of material expenditure.
- Managing Loan agreements and Loan accounts.
- Looking for candidates that have ideally performed similar tasks below:
- Tasks related to the management (or similar knowledge) of Government Furnished Assets (GFA), and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), management of a Supply Customer Accounts (SCA), issuing Loan Agreements/Loan Accounts as required.
- Drafting, managing, and processing supply-related documentation in support of acquisition and inventory activities, including CF Supply system forms. (or similar systems).
- Conducting supply management transactions in DRMIS (or similar supply / asset tracking system).
- Planning and coordinating distribution, movement, and transfer of material.
- Assist in the monitoring, reporting and transaction processing of material expenditure.
- Assist in the cataloguing and supply system administration of new and existing material.
- Must hold a valid Secret level 2 clearance (Public Works/PSPC) and apply for the Controlled Goods Certificate.

- ERN – Equipment Registration Number (8 figure alpha numerical combination that identifies a specific piece of military equipment like a tank, vehicle etc., etc. Primarily used to create associations between individual parts and the major component).
