We’re looking for a Licensed Plumber (or an experienced 5th-year apprentice) with strong service experience to join our growing team! This is a solo role — you’ll be operating independently in the field, trusted to represent our company with professionalism, skill, and a smile.

If you're confident in your abilities, enjoy diagnosing and solving plumbing problems, and take pride in your customer service, we want to hear from you.

• Attending residential service calls independently.
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, fixture replacements, etc.)
• Performing plumbing rough-ins, repipes, and upgrades.
• Recommending solutions and educating customers about their options.
• Quoting jobs and completing work on-site.
• Keeping your work area and vehicle clean and organized.
• Using tablet-based systems for job tracking, quotes, and invoicing.

• Licensed plumber in Ontario.
• Residential service plumbing experience required.
• G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and clean appearance.
• Able to work independently and handle jobs start to finish.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends (rotation or flexible schedule).
• Familiar with quoting and flat-rate pricing systems.
• Comfortable using technology (apps, tablets, invoicing software).

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience or confidence in recommending additional services.
• Gas license or HVAC experience is an asset.
• WSIB, Working at Heights, or similar certifications.
• Experience mentoring apprentices is a bonus.

• Take-home work vehicle.
• Company tablet or phone (if applicable).
• Flat-rate pricing system and quoting tools.
• Commission opportunities and bonus potential.
