1. 7+ years of experience as a QA Analyst.
2. 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
3. Proven track record of managing a team of technical leads.
4. Client-oriented work.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Background in IT.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Experience working with Python and Django (Desirable).
9. Experience working with SaaS applications in a cloud environment (ideally AWS) (Desirable).
10. Degree in Software Development Engineering or Computer Science (Desirable).
11. Advanced English level.
