What We Do
You will be part of our Consulting Practice in Brazil. At Heidrick Consulting, we work with Senior Leadership, Executive Teams, and Boards, covering major national and multi-national companies across all industry sectors in Brazil and Latin America.
You will be joining a growing, dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator role is responsible for project coordination and performing various administrative functions for multiple client accounts/projects. Your contributions will expose you to senior leaders across a variety of industries and geographies.
The location of the role is in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
Role Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator, you will partner with Project Managers, Principals, and Partners to assist in the execution of various deliverables and management of engagements, thrive in a team environment to meet production goals, schedule meetings, maintain processes, and manage daily workflow.
The role is responsible for all deliverables within client engagements; it is an essential business support role and will suit someone who has excellent numerical skills, an understanding of profit and loss, and fantastic relationship-building skills.
