Senior AWS Data Architect - Enterprise Data Platforms
Job summary
A technology solutions company is seeking a Senior Data Architect in Dubai to design and govern AWS data platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, strong AWS architecture skills, and a proven track record in building enterprise-scale data solutions. Responsibilities include leading data architecture strategies, mentoring teams, and ensuring optimal data solutions. This full-time position requires onsite work in Dubai. Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect on large-scale AWS platforms.
- Strong experience in designing enterprise data lakes and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with batch data processing and orchestration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and own AWS data architecture for enterprise platforms.
- Define data architecture standards and best practices.
- Architect batch and event-driven data pipelines using AWS native services.
- Lead data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows.
- Design and implement solutions using AWS Glue, EMR, Lambda, and MWAA.
