Role Description:

The Content Manager for the Entertainment Team will oversee the curation, management, publishing and optimization of entertainment content, including TV series, shows, movies, and other media, for client and original channels. This role involves strategizing content plans, publishing, ensuring alignment with audience preferences, and maintaining high standards for quality and relevance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, Publish and optimize entertainment content (TV series, shows, movies, documentaries).
• Develop content strategies aligned with audience preferences and platform trends.
• Oversee content workflows, uploading, metadata creation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the team and designers and to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
• Analyze YouTube performance metrics (views, engagement, watch time) to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and copyright regulations.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior on YouTube to inform content strategies.
• The Content Manager will report directly to the Senior Content Manager or the MENA Manager, depending on the project or task at hand.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in content management, preferably with YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube best practices, including SEO, metadata, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and content management systems is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of entertainment content, particularly TV series, shows, and movies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and improve strategies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with copyright and licensing regulations is a plus.
