DUBAI based Indirect Sourcing Manager - Leading UAE family-owned retail business with over 200 stores in the region

This leading UAE based organisation, established over 30 years ago, is among one of the most respected and successful companies in the Middle East, with operations across Real Estate, Automotive, and capital ventures. As part of the development of their procurement team, they are looking to hire a new Procurement Manager to lead across FM, Real Estate, and Corporate Service spend.

As a developing team looking to drive best-in-class procurement, this organisation seeks someone with global procurement experience, coupled with on-the-ground Middle East experience. In return, you will be offered the opportunity to develop within the organisation, work with incredible stakeholders across the business, and be a part of one of the biggest brands in the UAE.

To be considered for this position, you will require the following procurement and generalist skillsets:

1. Global procurement experience, ideally having held procurement management positions in Europe, Asia, or the UK.
2. Category exposure across IT, FM & Professional service spend, able to demonstrate strategic thinking and overall development of category strategy.
3. A fast-paced, dynamic mindset and the ability to operate in a matrix organisation.
