We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
4. Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
5. Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and manage pain control as required.

1. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
2. Document patient information and nursing interventions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
3. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery.

1. Ensure adherence to all hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations and standards.
2. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infection.
3. Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.

1. Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
2. Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery.

1. Stay current with nursing practices and healthcare trends through continuing education and professional development.
2. Participate in departmental meetings, patient care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert country or region].
