We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (Part‑Time) on own visa to support Silkhaus with essential government and administrative processes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling UAE government transactions, excellent knowledge of federal and emirate‑specific laws, and the ability to independently manage tasks such as visa processing, trade license renewals, and documentation related to POA, AOA, and indemnities. This is a contractor role and applicants must already hold their own valid UAE visa.

• Visa & Immigration Processing – Handle new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and medical testing for employees.
• Trade License & Company Documents – Manage trade license renewals, attestations, and company registration requirements with relevant government authorities.
• Government Relations – Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, DED, GDRFA, and Immigration for all company‑related requirements.
• Pension & Labour Matters – Support with Emirati pension payments and employee labour contracts.
• Compliance & Records – Ensure all government documents are up to date and maintain accurate filing of employee and company records.
• General PRO Support – Handle ad hoc government paperwork, document submissions, and office‑related requirements as needed.

• Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, with knowledge of federal and local laws.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable travelling between emirates for government work.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, ADDED, and other UAE government platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing and processing POA, AOA, indemnity, and other legal documents.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and ensure timely processing.
• Must already be on own visa (freelance/spouse/other) with valid medical insurance.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
