What you will do
The Legal Counsel is a key role directly reporting to the Regional Legal Director of Middle & East & Africa. You will be based in Dubai and will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in corporate legal matters.
As a Legal Counsel, you will leverage your expertise to oversee the regional administration of large-scale projects within the legal department. You will collaborate closely with both local and central legal teams to ensure that the department's best practices align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include informing business personnel about company policies and practices, conducting research, analyzing information for decision-making, and presenting concise summaries. Additionally, you will assist in managing the legal intranet site and other electronic tools utilized by the Legal Department, as well as supporting the management of outside counsel.
In this role, you will contribute to the MEA Legal Department’s mission of delivering high-quality corporate legal services to internal clients throughout the region.
