Job summary
A leading corporate entity in Dubai is seeking a competent Legal Coordinator for full-time engagement. The successful candidate will manage corporate legal documents, maintain relationships with external law firms, and provide comprehensive legal support aligned with UAE laws. A minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualification experience is required, preferably in a law firm or in-house position. Candidates must possess an LLB from a Common Law jurisdiction and have strong legal drafting skills as well as knowledge of sanctions and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years post-qualification experience in a legal role.
- Experience in compliance and corporate law required.
- Knowledge of sanctions, anti-competition, and anti-bribery laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage corporate legal documents.
- Maintain relationships with external law firms.
- Advise on amendments and new regulations.
- Draft legal documents and support during the process.
