Job summary
A leading property management firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide legal guidance, oversee compliance, and manage contracts. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, 5–7 years of corporate law experience in UAE or GCC, and must pass the Bar exam. This role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills to protect the company's interests effectively.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on corporate transactions and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Manage legal disputes efficiently and represent the company in negotiations.
