This role involves engaging in corporate transactions, handling funds work, and developing client relationships. - 5–10 years’ PQE with tangible law firm experience
- Strong corporate experience in Abu Dhabi, the UAE or wider GCC
- Background with leading regional or international law firm
- In‑house returners will also be considered
- Arabic is advantageous, but not required due to existing coverage within the team
- A positive and flexible working culture
