Job summary
A leading UAE-based company is seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This full-time role is ideal for UAE Nationals with a strong background in corporate law, requiring a minimum of 5 years experience. The candidate will ensure compliance with UAE laws, draft and negotiate legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice. Remote work is available.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast‑paced business‑driven environment.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including those relevant to corporate governance.
- Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulators and external counsel.
- Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top‑tier law firm.
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
