Nurse Practitioner | Advanced Wound Care

ReNew Wound Care partners with skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals to provide superior advanced wound care treatment protocols in the post-acute setting. Our ReNew team of highly skilled wound care specialists provide advanced treatments in our facilities located throughout the U.S., ultimately lowering hospital readmissions.

What We Ask:

1. Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, which may be chronic or acute, and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
3. Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress to ensure continuity of care.
4. Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a consistent basis.
5. Ensure timely and efficient care delivery.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Valid State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
2. ANCC or AANP Board Certification.
3. A minimum of 1 year experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
4. Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is desired.
5. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel weekly to multiple locations.
