Job Summary:

Responsible for the design and AutoCAD Shop Drawings, as-built drawings for MEP projects related to Villas and residential projects. Preparation of MEP coordination Shop Drawings, responsible to prepare quantity take off.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Mechanical related Shop Drawings as per consultant’s and authority requirements.
• Design plumbing systems including water supply and drainage ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Develop system layout design and detailed mechanical designs specific for plumbing systems for a variety of projects ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, structural, and architectural) to prepare MEP coordination drawings ensuring integration and efficient system design.
• Making As-Built drawings according to authority requirements.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by immediate head from time to time.
• Awareness/exposure on various construction/system methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of engineering mechanical works, particularly in preparing design and shop drawings for MEP projects.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing design principles.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality designs and shop drawings.
