The Citigold Relationship Banker requires a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks, along with a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles. You are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents.

1. Client Account Management
2. Review CitiGold (CG) customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to validate understanding of their needs.
3. Advise CG customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee-based products/services based on current and future needs.
4. Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CG customers for tailored product sales to enhance penetration.
5. Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
6. Organize CG customer events to enhance customer bonding.
7. Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads.

Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms. Provide an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics. Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi's assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Uphold ethical standards and escalate control issues transparently.
