The Investment Banker is responsible for providing financial advisory and investment banking services to clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree such as MBA is preferred. Proven experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and investment banking principles. Excellent understanding of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial transactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar are a plus.
