Guest Service Agent

What you will be doing :

1. Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
2. Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
3. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera / Opera cloud or a related system.
• Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelors or diplomas / certifications are required.
• Hotel or relevant experience is a must within the Hotel industry.
