Job Description: Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Role Overview:
The Group Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for shaping and leading the client's marketing strategy across all verticals: Real Estate, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Fitness & Wellness. As a strategic architect and transformation catalyst, the GCMO will drive the company and its entities' revenue, bottom line targets, equity, positioning, innovation, patron journey, and experience.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experienced in digital marketing and market analytics. They will integrate CRM, IT, and sales functions to maximize lead generation, optimize campaigns, and track return on investment (ROI).
The CMO will also drive international expansion through roadshows, exhibitions, and targeted market penetration.
