Cluster Director of Instruction - Viya Golf Abu Dhabi
Job Description: Responsible for leading the three golf academy business units from a leadership, strategic, positioning, philosophy, and commercial capacity. The role will be hybrid in that it is expected to provide elite/premium golf instruction in addition to leadership and performance management duties. This position aims to make a major contribution to the growth of the game in Abu Dhabi while driving a commercially successful department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build professional guest and member relationships.
- Regularly review and evaluate customer feedback in each outlet.
- Recommend new operating procedures or products to continually improve and exceed customer expectations.
- Present findings at monthly ‘feedback’ meetings.
