Job Summary

Our client, a business consulting firm based in Dubai is looking for a Business Operations Consultant (Japanese Speaker).

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseas Expansion and Corporate Establishment Operations: Document preparation for establishing local entities, obtaining licenses, opening bank accounts, and securing visas in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.; communication with clients and authorities (via email, phone, and in-person).
  • Supporting back-office specialist teams (Accounting/Tax, HR, General Affairs, etc.) in client interactions and project progress management; supporting internal back-office specialist teams (Accounting/Tax, HR, IT, etc.) in handling client cases as the primary point of contact; preparing contract-related documents (quotations, contracts, proposals, etc.); managing progress of monthly and annual projects.
  • Practical operations for HR/General Affairs outsourcing services: acting as the client company's HR/General Affairs representative, understanding operational processes (expense claim/approval processes, attendance tracking, flight arrangements, golf course reservations, etc.); performing practical operations on behalf of the client, adhering to rules, deadlines, and approval workflows.
  • Client Support & Operational Management: communication with clients and authorities (email, phone, in-person) Japanese/English; handling inquiries regarding procedures, accounting, and labor matters; preparing meeting minutes; managing project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Language: Japanese: Native level.
  • English: Proficiency sufficient for practical communication within and outside the company (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
  • Work Experience: 2 years or more (domestic or international).
