Regularly inspect the factory's equipment, machinery, and work areas to ensure compliance with the Henkel SHE standards.
Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and SHE risks and recommend corrective actions.
Drive culture-based safety and provide SHE training to employees while promoting awareness of safe work practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports of SHE inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency safety equipment. Coordinate emergency drills and responses.
Manage the PTW system and monitor compliance with PTW requirements (Method statement/Risk Assessment) for safe execution of non-routine tasks.
In-depth knowledge and experience in SHE management systems.
SHE Inspections and Emergency preparedness.
Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, and Root Cause analysis.
NEBOSH Certified.
Experience in driving culture-based safety.
