Towercraft is seeking an experienced Mobile/Trailer Crane Operator to support our robotic façade cleaning and exterior maintenance operations in Dubai and across the UAE.
The role focuses on the safe setup, operation, and dismantling of PAUS SKYWORKER PTK 31 mobile/trailer crane systems on live sites, working closely with the operations team, appointed persons, and site management.
- Safely operate PAUS SKYWORKER PTK 31 mobile crane systems on live sites
- Carry out daily pre-use checks and routine crane inspections
- Set up cranes including outriggers, ground assessment, and exclusion zones
- Execute lifts in accordance with approved lift plans, RAMS, and method statements
- Communicate effectively with banksman / slinger-signaller and site teams
- Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and site-specific HSE requirements
- Maintain lifting logs, inspection records, and site documentation
- Liaise with site management, FM teams, and project stakeholders
- Report defects, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
- Valid mobile/trailer crane operator certification (UAE-recognised or international equivalent)
- Proven experience operating mobile cranes, preferably PAUS SKYWORKER PTK 31 or similar systems
- Strong understanding of lift plans, load charts, and safe lifting practices
- High level of safety awareness and site discipline
- Ability to work on active construction, façade, or high-rise environments
- Willingness to travel across Dubai and the UAE as required
- Basic English (and/or Arabic) is beneficial for safety coordination.
- Crane operation certification from accredited training institutions.
- Heavy Vehicle Driving License (for trailer crane operation).
- Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
