We are looking for a professional Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates.

Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
2. At least 3 years of experience managing projects within a business environment
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
4. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Experience utilizing project management tools such as Basecamp or Asana
7. Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
9. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans outlining goals, strategies, timelines, and resources needed to achieve project objectives
2. Assemble team members and assign individual responsibilities
3. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
4. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documents including status reports, risk assessments, and change requests
6. Evaluate performance of team members by providing feedback regarding areas of strength as well as areas for improvement
