Senior Project Manager - Live Events/Conferences/Exhibitions

A leading Events organization in Al Khobar - KSA is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Salary: SAR 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the drill-down project plan and act as the main point of contact between a cluster of Chalets for the shows shared with all concerned parties including production, delivery, guests, chalet owners/organizers, and other team members, ensuring delivery is in line with a signed agreement while adhering to marketing guidelines effectively.
2. Overall project coordination for the events, pre-event liaison with organizers, government officials, clients, and company’s various departments on the assigned projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks to support consistent and effective event delivery.
3. Coordinate security arrangements, equipment, storage facilities, satellite points, hygiene guidelines, and accreditation including all access personnel & vehicles, highlighting risks to management to ensure smooth operations at the events.
4. Maintain effective communication on departmental activities with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring relevant updates are followed; attend business communication meetings and other professional networking events to ensure effective collaboration.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Must have a degree or diploma in events or a related field.
2. Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management with large events.
3. Excellent knowledge of English with strong planning, coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
