Project Coordinator

Piovan Gulf, the 26th sales and service branch of the Piovan Group, located at Jebil Ali in Dubai, continues ahead with its strategy to invest resources in the development of its network worldwide through direct branches which serve local customers for sales and technical services. We, Piovan Gulf, are looking for a suitable candidate for the following description.

Objective & Responsibilities of the Role:

• Monitor supply chains and shipments.
• Maintain accurate and consistent records.
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
• Manage inventory databases.
• Engage in regular communication with clients.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in Logistics is a mandatory requirement with a minimum of 1 year of local UAE Experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English language, both verbal and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
