About the Role: The candidate should be a diligent, highly organized and proactive, Projects Coordinator to manage and oversee project timeline. This role involves daily communication with Design Managers to ensure projects are on schedule, meeting milestones, additionally make sure the projects are effectively distributed across the team.
Responsibilities:
Daily Coordination: Communicate with Design Managers to track project deadlines and progress.
Milestone Monitoring: Ensure projects are on track to meet critical milestones; report deviations to the Director of Design and Technical Services.
Work Management: Ensure that workload is evenly and effectively distributed among design Managers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Stakeholder Liaison: Follow up with business development to assess the status of signed projects and coordinate the initiation of the kickoff meeting, handover protocols, and Designer Manager appointment.
System Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the established processes and systems set by the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or traffic management role within the architectural or interior design industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
