Construction Surveyor jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are currently hiring for Quantity Surveyor roles (2) with a leading Dubai-based real estate client. These positions are for professionals with experience in construction and fit-out works.

Role 1: Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Towers & Villas Construction)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Estimation/Quantity Takeoff with a Main Contractor (Towers & Villas Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates for towers and villas projects.
• Assist in preparing tender documentation and reviewing contracts.
• Manage project costs, including material and labor.
• Evaluate and track project budgets, and assist in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with site teams to monitor progress and resolve any discrepancies.

Role 2: Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fitout Contractor (Towers & Villas Construction)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years with Interior Fitout Contractors (Towers & Villas Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost estimation for interior fit-out works in towers and villas.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost plans for fit-out projects.
• Monitor project budgets and manage variations and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines.

Qualifications for Both Roles:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
