Perform Pressure and Temperature transmitter assembly line daily supervision as per the design documents and standard procedures set by the local modification group. The job requires quality evaluation of the finished product to confirm compliance to design standards and report non-compliance to the Line Manager. Ensure that line Technicians are following the KPI set and take do regular mentoring and correcting sessions for non-performers. Adherence to 5S KANBAN and equipment Preventive-Maintenance (PM) schedule set by the Line Manager.
