A leading construction solutions company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will build high-performing sales teams, develop strategic partnerships, and align sales execution with company objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of sales experience in construction or industrial sectors, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is pivotal in establishing relationships with key clients and driving significant business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in construction, industrial, or engineering sectors.
- At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven success in complex B2B sales cycles and large contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Set targets, forecasts, and budgets, and track KPIs.
