Job summary
A global energy solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Tool Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining down-hole tools and equipment. The role demands strong mechanical aptitude and 5 years' experience in a related position. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and be capable of effective communication. Competitive compensation is offered as per experience, with responsibilities including staff training and promoting safety and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a Tool Technician III or equivalent tool repair experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Basic maths and reading comprehension skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and perform maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble down-hole tools.
- Train and assist lower level tool technicians.
