Job summary
A leading digital transformation firm based in Dubai is looking for a professional to implement digital strategies and drive AI adoption. The role involves building automation workflows, collaborating across functions, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. Candidates should possess 5 years of experience in digital transformation and be proficient in tools like Power BI, UiPath, and programming languages such as Python. Integrity and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Qualifications

- Proven track record in deploying RPA tools and AI/ML solutions.

- Implement digital roadmap as per company's digital strategy.
- Drive adoption of Power BI dashboards and predictive analyses.
- Identify automation opportunities using RPA workflows and AI solutions.
- Establish KPIs for digital initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

- Drive adoption of Power BI dashboards, predictive analyses, and data visualisation across departments
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using RPA workflows and AI solutions
- Develop and roll out LLM-based use cases for operational efficiency and knowledge management
- Promote Generative AI for everyday tasks and ensure safe compliant usage
- Build and lead a digital champions network to foster innovation and share best practices
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve AI literacy and process automation awareness across teams
- Collaborate, align and share knowledge with HQ counterparts
- Establish KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g. number of new dashboards; % of employees trained on LLM)
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards as per company policy
- Monitor performance of AI and automation solutions; optimize workflows and scale successful use cases regionally
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Ideally certifications in AI ethics, process automation, or data analytics
- 5 years in digital transformation, AI implementation, or process automation
- Proven track record in deploying RPA tools, Power BI, and AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), LLMs and data visualization tools
- Basic programming (Python, SQL) for automation scripting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage change and facilitate training and workshops
- High level of integrity and professional behaviour in line with our Code of Conduct and company culture
