- Test, benchmark, and ensure optimal hardware and software performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues promptly.
- Upgrade and replace key system components such as RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and motherboards.
- Set up and troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN networks and related connectivity issues.
- Maintain professional cable management and ensure systems are clean and organized.
- Accurately maintain build logs, service records, and technical reports.
