- One to two years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property.
- Experience in the UAE is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand painting-related requests.
- Conduct painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Record materials accurately from the engineering store.
- Log all completed tasks and report damages.
