A leading after school learning center is seeking a highly skilled Junior Academic Counselor in Dubai. This individual will provide academic counseling, assess students' strengths, and develop personalized action plans. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field and 2 years of experience. Qualifications

- Provide individualized academic counseling to students and their families
- Assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized action plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide an optimal learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
- Assist with college and career counseling, including college applications and scholarship search
- Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on academic and test-taking strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counseling
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
