Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Storytelling: Use motion graphics cutscenes and visual effects to enhance the games narrative.
2. Character Animation: Create fluid expressive character animations focusing on details like facial expressions and movement.
3. Character Design: Develop original character concepts that align with the games artistic vision and enhance gameplay.
4. 3D Modeling & Animation: Create detailed 3D models and animations using industry-standard software.
5. Basic Coding Knowledge: Use HTML, CSS and collaborate with programmers to integrate character behaviors and animations.
6. Texture & Material Design: Design shaders and materials optimizing for performance across platforms.
7. Animation Support: Collaborate with animators and riggers to ensure proper character rigging and animation integration.
8. Iterative Design: Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to refine character designs and improve player experience.
9. Technical Problem Solving: Address technical issues related to character design and work with the team to find solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience in character design and 2D/3D modeling with a strong portfolio.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Maya, Figma or similar tools.
4. Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for gaming.
5. Strong understanding of color composition and layout.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging content.
