Job summary

A reputable engineering firm is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler. The role involves developing and managing 3D models of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems while coordinating with other trades to resolve design clashes. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience, proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools, and strong attention to detail. Located in Abu Dhabi, this position requires immediate availability to work onsite.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D models of MEP systems.
  • Coordinate trade models to identify and resolve design clashes.
  • Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout project stages.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience with AutoCAD MEP
Knowledge of Navisworks
Understanding of MEP systems
