Job description

Seeking a dynamic & proactive executive who has a minimum of 1-2 years of specialized experience in NVOCC & Freight Forwarding Services. The ideal candidate should develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for the NVOCC & Freight forwarding department and be able to achieve both container volume and revenue-wise targets. He or she should act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and service options to clients.
  • Sales & Revenue generation.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, client activity logs, and revenue projections.
  • Restrict outstanding amounts within the credit period.
  • Comply with company regulations and collaborate with various departments of the organization to ensure seamless handling of freight/shipping operations.
