Our client, an international organization, based in Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for a Western Personal Assistant. For this role, you will be expected to provide top notched administrative support to the Vice President as well as with two other Senior Managers. Your work schedule will be from 8AM to 4:30PM, Sunday through Thursday.
To be considered, you should be a degree / diploma holder with minimum 3 years of PA experience with at least 1 year experience in supporting a senior manager. Fluency in English is highly required coupled with strong knowledge in using Microsoft application. As the managers do travel a lot, you should have strong experience in doing travel arrangements and hotel bookings. You should have a driving license and a car or if not, leaving somewhere near the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center. If you are interested, please send your application now.
