Position: Senior / Assistant Manager
Location: Central

We are currently seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager to support the planning, development, and implementation of clinical services within ambulatory care. This role will involve collaborating with clinical heads and stakeholders to enhance clinical operations and service delivery.

• Assist Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders in planning, developing, and implementing new care models and clinical services.
• Support the operations and continuous improvements of clinical services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide Clinical Operations Support including Project Management, Workflow Management, IT and System requirements, Financial assessment, Data Collection and Analysis, Resource Management, Budgetary Planning, Procurement, Event Management & Logistics, and administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate the hospital’s vision, strategic, and business plans to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to implement strategies with Clinical HOD(s) to meet evolving healthcare needs.
• Foster a conducive environment for communication and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
• Develop strategies to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor clinical and operational performance to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure resources are provided in alignment with business and financial objectives.
• Set up programs for continuous improvement, learning, and service auditing.
• Handle other projects and assignments as directed.

• Degree in Business Management, Public Health or Health Sciences.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare or the service industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player, organized, and analytical.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.
• Proficient in SAP, EPIC, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
