Site Project Manager (CS) Building

The site project manager shall have the following qualifications:

1. A Degree in Arch, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying;
2. The degree shall be recognized either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA;
3. A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.

The site project manager shall possess a “Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel.” The site project manager without the “Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel” shall attend the course conducted jointly by PUB and the Institute of Engineers Singapore and obtain it within 6 months upon his employment at the site.
