The Role
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director and his team, including diary management, travel planning, meeting coordination and minute-taking
Handling a wide range of tasks and enquiries, ensuring efficient and effective office operations
Assisting with project management and coordination, including organising events and functions
Maintaining and updating databases, records and filing systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
Supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
The Talent
Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines
0-2 years of administrative and operational experience
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
